Earlier this month I attended the FIDM Museum in Los Angeles to see the exhibit titled the “Art of Television Costume Design”. The exhibition features over 100 costumes from 24 television shows covering various genres across network, cable and streaming platforms. It was fascinating to see costumes up close where one can see the craftsmanship and details that make each piece unique and fitting for the shows that they were created for. I was especially interested in the costumes from two of my favorite shows “The Crown” and “Game of Thrones”. This is a fabulous exhibit, a must-see event for all you television buffs. The exhibition ends Oct. 6, 2018, and is free. I’ve included a few photos from the exhibition, enjoy!
