My site is for those of you that enjoy reading and learning about fashion and/ or films. It is also a place for anyone who is interested in learning various ways of enjoying fashion in an economical way.  One doesn’t need to spend a fortune to look fabulous!  I spend several hours a week doing research on everything fashion related, clothing, shoes, and accessories.  I do it because I love fashion and like to stay current with each season change. I decided to make this blog, to help those of you who adore fashion but do not have the time to do the research to get the information that you need. My hope is for us to become friends and enjoy exploring fashion ideas together in a casual setting.

This blog will include various fashion articles, interviews, and some fashion DIY (Do it yourself) projects. Also, since I am a big movie fanatic it will contain some movie reviews. In the evenings, when I am not researching fashion, you will find me watching a movie to help me unwind.  Some film genres I watch include sci-fi, horror, action, romance, animation, thrillers, dramas, and musicals. Basically, that covers most of them, I would most likely watch any movie if it had an interesting storyline, exceptional actors or was just highly recommended. I especially enjoy watching classic movies and horror films.  My husband doesn’t understand how I can watch a movie on the Hallmark channel and then next stream a horror movie.  But who doesn’t love a good scare once in awhile? I think that I may enjoy Netflix and Amazon Prime a little too much! I find that I go to the theater several times a month or more especially during the blockbuster season around May.

My blog will give you my movie reviews in a simple format as if I were talking to any of my friends. Think of it as a ” heads up ” movie review on some of the latest movies and some old favorites. Note:  I am an amateur film critic; I just have a strong passion for movies and enjoy sharing my thoughts along with recommendations amongst friends.  So, check out movie reviews and feel free to send me some of your favorite movie titles.
