In this remake of the 1988 film of the same title, young Andy Barclay receives a Buddi doll from his mother as a birthday gift. Andy soon discovers that the doll is alive and evil, soon it begins terrorizing him. Andy must find a way to stop the evil doll before it destroys him.

This was a good remake and Buddi (Chucky) did not disappoint. Although this new improved Buddi (Chucky) doll had a creative upgrade, I am partial to the old Chucky.  Nonetheless, I enjoyed the films thrilling scenes and creative way the storyline was altered to fit 2019.
