Happy Death Day 2u (PG13) starring Jessica Rothe, Israel Broussard, Ruby Modine, Hi Vu, Suraj Sharma. Mystery/Slasher.

College student Tree Gelbman wakes up in horror to discover that once again she is stuck in a time loop but this time in a parallel universe. She learns that her boyfriend’s roommate has been altering time with a school experiment. Once again she becomes the target of a masked killer and must die over and over again. 

This sequel to Happy Death Day was more humorous and the storyline lacked a bit. It was not as suspenseful as the first film.
