Geostorm (PG13) starring Gerard Butler, Abby Cornish, Ed Harris, Andy Garcia, Jim Sturgess. Fantasy/Drama

After several natural disasters occur on the planet, an intricate network of satellites is created to help control the global climate. When they start to malfunction, Jake (Gerard Butler) one of the project’s creators is called in to help fix the system. Unfortunately, the once life-saving system has begun attacking the Earth, and Jake may not be able to repair it before a Geostorm is formed and wipes out everything.

This film was somewhat enjoyable although I found the storyline a little too slow and far-fetched. The movie needed less talk and more action.
