Happy Death Day (PG13) starring Jessica Rothe, Israel Broussard, Ruby Modine. Mystery/Thriller.

A college student named Tree (Jessica Rothe) relives the day of her murder over and over again in a loop. Coincidently it is her birthday and instead of enjoying it, she must figure out who is out to murder her. With each new day, Tree tries to stop her murder from happening.

 Even though I’ve seen this type of scenario before this was a fresh take on it, think of it like  “Groundhog Day” with a twist.
